Contact Scottsdale Premier Electric Gates
We build, repair and maintain electric gates for residential and commercial property across Scottsdale. That covers the whole job: the iron or steel gate itself, the posts and footings that carry it, the operator that swings or slides it, and the access control that decides who gets through. Plenty of the driveways we see belong to homes built around 1990, and some of the gates on them are just as old. Some need a new motor and a careful repair. Others need to come out. We tell you which, and why, before anything gets ordered.
Ground decides more of a gate installation than most people expect. Maricopa County has 1206 feet of local relief within a few miles, and it changes from one block to the next. A gate that runs true on a flat lot can bind or drift on a sloped one, so we grade and test every site on its own before work starts. Posts get set for the weight and swing of the gate you chose. Safety sensors and a manual release go in with every automated system. The estimate is free, and it starts with looking at the ground.
Areas we cover: Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Guadalupe, Chandler .
Where We Work
Getting in Touch
The more you can tell us up front, the more useful the first conversation is. Let us know whether the job is a new gate, a repair on an existing system, or regular maintenance. Describe the opening: a driveway, a side yard, a courtyard entry, or a commercial lot. Photos help a great deal, especially of the posts, the hinges or track, and wherever power sits near the gate. If an electric gate has stopped working, tell us what it does now. A gate that hums and stalls points to a different repair than one that does nothing at all.
Estimates are free, and we do them at the property rather than over the phone. We measure the opening, check the grade, and look at how the ground falls away from each post. Slopes change from block to block, so every site is judged on its own before any work starts. Then we talk through the choices that matter: swing or slide, iron or steel, the operator, and how you want to control access at the entry. Safety sensors come with every automated gate we install. Where a permit is needed, we handle it. Call when you're ready.
